PanAsiaLogs provides logistics consulting, supply chain analysis, and trade route advisory for clients linking South Africa with Asian markets. Deliverables include reports, route assessments, and strategic recommendations. We do not arrange physical freight or act as a carrier.
You agree to provide accurate and timely information about your supply chain operations, cargo volumes, and business constraints. Delays or inaccuracies in client-provided data may affect the quality of our advice and are not our liability.
Our consulting recommendations are based on available data and industry benchmarks. PanAsiaLogs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our advice, including lost profits or operational disruptions. Our total liability is capped at the fee paid for the specific engagement.
All reports, frameworks, and digital tools provided remain the intellectual property of PanAsiaLogs. You may use them internally for your business but may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without written consent.
Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you must return or destroy any confidential materials. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
